Anyone
who has read my previous blog will know that last week’s Brexit result was 180
degrees away from what I wanted. I have always held our European suppliers and
customers in the highest regard and still do. I value the many forms of
positive relationship that have been created as we have traded with EU
companies, joined in on Framework 5/6/7 projects, exhibited at European events
and shared business and technical experience.
Since
1973 Jenton has survived the UK entering the EEC, Black Wednesday and the The
Maastricht Treaty, all of which had a major impact on our business and have
proved that , as Donald Tusk said “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger”.
Change brings opportunity and we’ll be building our manufacturing of automation
and seal testing equipment, UV disinfection and UV curing equipment as well as
enlarging our service team and developing our many patents. We aren’t going
anywhere except up.
