Jenton's Got Converting in the Bag

Despite the new plastic bag tax in the UK, the opportunities for the flexible converting industry are present and diverse.  Bag making machines can still make carrier bags but are now found making security envelopes, bags for packaging, padded envelopes, liners for many applications, pouches, sleeves and a whole host of new products and innovations.

New barrier materials are allowing flexible materials to contribute to the ESL (extended shelf life) programmes.

In all this, Jenton Converting is active and at the forefront of new converting developments.  SVT bag machines are making bags at cycles over 200 per minute and can add value with handles, draw tapes, print, adhesive strips, heat seals, punched holes etc.   Jenton can advise on all aspects of SVT and also Laserpin hole punching and Opti-Color viscosity controls - multiple solutions for converters and manufacturers of flexible packaging. contact Richard rlittle@jenton.co.uk or call on 01256 892194
